Cancellation Policy
Please contact us 24 hours prior if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please read the cancelation policy. Late arrival to your appointment, the treatment will end at the scheduled time. I will make adjustments to your massage/head spa accordingly. CANCELLATION POLICY 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Clients that cancel or are no-shows 3 consecutive times will be flagged from re-booking. If you were intending to use a gift card, you do have the option to have the cancellation fee deducted from the gift card. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I will try my best to accommodate your needs depending on circumstance. Thank you for your understanding & cooperation.
